   that will be difficult. the person’s rediff bol chat user id is then moore, I guess. now you have to track down him or approach rediff.

   I am not sure of the owner of that SMS short code. You may contact your cell phone career and find out.

   BTW, Does that message contain any rediffmail id in it? If so, rediff as well.
