FileStork enables you to allow other people to upload files into your Dropbox without the hassle and risk of sharing a folder. FileStork provides a secure medium that bridges the gap between users and non-users of Dropbox. Anyone with a Dropbox account is able to utilize the services of FileStork.
FileStork is currently in public beta. It provides a secure medium that bridges the gap between users and non-users of Dropbox and enables to allow other people to upload files into your Dropbox without the hassle and risk of sharing a folder. For using fileStork you don’t need to create an account. just logging into your Dropbox account and authorizing FileStork to access your Dropbox folder. This authorization is done securely with Dropbox and never have access to your Dropbox username and password. Dropbox will never share your username or password with 3rd party services like FileStork.
When you authorize FileStork to access your Dropbox account, a designated “FileStork” folder will be created. Files uploaded through FileStork will be placed into this folder. The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 5MB.
