Google Reader Keyboard Shortcuts for Smart Reading

I have been a fan of Google Reader, the online (and now offline too) RSS aggregator and reader. I have around 100 RSS subscriptions in Google Reader and it works great for me. Saves a lot time with the list and expanded views, and the keyboard shortcuts.

Google Reader keyboard shortcuts help you quickly explore your reading list without moving back and forth between your keyboard and mouse. Yeah, we are so lazy even to remember all the keyboard shortcuts. Just press ? in Google Reader and it displays the shortcuts right within the Reader! It’s cool. If you want to take a print out, you can open the shortcut help in a new window and print it out.

Do you use Google Reader? Why not give it a try, start with adding teck.in feed? big grin Don’t worry, Google Reader has matured from the list of Google beta product. winking

    Thanks for sharing.!!

  2. Thank you Vivek, I know you are one of the regular reader and well wisher of teck.in 🙂

Yes, remember shortcuts is difficult. But good to remembers just 4-5 of common activities. What’s good with Reader is providing shortcuts help on pressing the question mark.

  3. I also use and like Google Reader. I already subscribed to ur feed :-))

coming to Keyboard Shortcuts, as with any other application, it takes sometime to absorb all these. And I think it improves with the frequency of use.The more we use, the more we get used to them.
