Orkut Privacy Settings – Lock Your Album, Video and Scraps

After the user interface redesign, Google’s Orkut has added more functionality to make it a better social networking website to complete in the market. Orkut has recently improved privacy to give the members control over whether their album, video feeds, scraps and testimonials can be viewed / written by everyone or just their friends.
Orkut scrap has been a concern for many people, because anybody could have read anybody’s scarp. Social engineers could just browse through any profile and gather personal information about any Orkut member. Not anymore if you set these options in your Orkut Privacy Settings.

Pls tell me how can i lock my album, in privacy tab i can lock everything…. but in photos am getting this Manage your photos privacy settings per album. Once i click that, this is appearing infron of album. shared with everyone in orkut, and 1 contact0 contacts Change….. if i click change also, i cant able to change the settings, there its shared with every one in orkut. Plsssssssssssssssssssssss tell how can i change lock my album. plssssssssssssssssssssssssss
I was having the same issue! Just switch ur orkut to a newer version – u only need to click on “try new orkut”button somewhere on top of ur screen and then carry out the same procedure for changing privacy settings, it works in the new orkut!
