Uninor introduced two Special Tariff Vouchers (STV), providing talk value of 10,000 minutes on a recharge of Rs 199 and 1000 minutes on a recharge of Rs 32, with a valid period of 30 days. This is less than 2 paisa per minutes effectively. Both STVs include local Uninor to Uninor calling benefits.
