Uninor introduced two Special Tariff Vouchers (STV), providing talk value of 10,000 minutes on a recharge of Rs 199 and 1000 minutes on a recharge of Rs 32, with a valid period of 30 days. This is less than 2 paisa per minutes effectively. Both STVs include local Uninor to Uninor calling benefits. Norwegian telecom firm Telenor Group’s Indian mobile operation, Uninor, today announced the launch of its mobile services in seven Indian telecom circles, making it the largest single day launch in the telecom history.
