Lenovo has announced its first Android-based dual-mode notebook, IdeaPad A10. It runs on a modified variant of Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and comes with 10.1-inch (1366 x 768 pixels) 10-point multi-touch display. It has laptop and stand modes and can flip 300 degrees. It weighs about 1 kilograms, powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core ARM Cortex A9 processor. It has integrated speakers for enhanced audio and full size AccuType keyboard with individual rounded keys for comfortable and accurate typing. This device also includes an integrates graphics processor supported by 2GB of RAM.
Lenovo IdeaPad A10 has a 0.3-megapixel camera on the front, which can be used for video chatting as well. For connectivity, the notebook offers a microUSB port, two USB 2.0 ports and a micro HDMI slot, and in addition to that houses a slot for a microSD card to expand the memory. The 1,600mAh battery housed in the device is claimed to run for up to 10 hours. The Lenovo IdeaPad A10 is priced at Rs. 19,990 and is available at all Lenovo Exclusive stores, Multi-brand outlets, Large Format Retail stores and Lenovo online store.
