The service is operated by Delhi Police, so it wont be available in Noida, Gurgaon or any other adjacent city.
The police have tied up with a Delhi-based company, Gupshup, to provide the service. Delhi Traffic Police also has Facebook and Twitter pages where you can look for traffic alerts and send your complaints about road blocks and traffic violations.
