India based mobile phone manufacturers Karbonn mobiles has a formidable share in the budget phone market, but they are yet to make their mark in the smartphone arena. After a few futile attempts to place their card, Karbonn came back to the industry with the Titanium Series which got a good number of audience. Karbonn Titanium S9 is the youngest in the series.
The Karbonn Titanium S9 homes a 5.5 ” HD capacitive touchscreen IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. The smartphone runs on latest Android operating system, the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which is supported by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor. The phone has 16 GB inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 32 GB by using microSD/TransFlash card. There is a 1 GB RAM which supports the processor.
This quad band, dual SIM [GSM+GSM] has 3G, EDGE and GPRS facility along with WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
The phone sports twin cameras, a 13 MP sensor rear facing one and a 5 MP sensor front facing one. The phone supports dual standby and hence it carries a 2600 mAh battery to serve the purpose. A 3.5 mm audio jack, Gravity sensor, Proximity sensor and Ambient Light sensor are additional luxuries.
The phone packs with a price of Rs. 19,990 and comes with a free flip cover.
