HTC launched HTC Butterfly s, their latest Android Model in India at a price of Rs 52,428.
The phone runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 OS with HTC Sense and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Quad Core Processor, which clocks at 1.9 GHz. The micro SIM phone has 16 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 64 GB using a microSD memory card.
It also has 2 GB RAM. The phone homes a 5″ Full HD 1080p Super LCD 3 capacitive touchscreen display with 1920 x 1080p screen resolution & 440 ppi pixel density, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
HTC comes with three special apps for the phone. They are HTC BlinkFeed, HTC BoomSound and HTC Zoe. BlinkFeed streams customized data feeds directly to user’s home screen. BoomSound helps to generate better quality sound through the device’s Dual front-facing stereo speakers.
[advt]HTC Zoe & Video Highlights clusters twenty photos together for HD motion pics, and automatically create 30-second long mini movies from user’s photo gallery.
The HTC UltraPixel Camera has BSI sensor, Pixel size 2.0 µm, and a 1/3″ Sensor. HTC had integrated Dedicated HTC ImageChip 2 for better pictures. The camera also has Smart flash and 1080p Full HD video recording with HDR Video. It also has a 2.1 MP front camera with wide angle lens & HDR capability.
The device has 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX enabled, WiFi IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, DLNA, extended support for consumer IR remote control and microUSB 2.0 (5-pin) port with mobile HD video link (MHL). It also has GPS/AGPS, GLONASS and Digital compass for navigation.
The phone has inbuilt Gyro sensor, Accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor. It has an embedded rechargeable 3200 mAh Li-polymer battery can provide talk time of up to 25 hours for 3G and standby time of up to 659 hours for 3G.
