CloneDVD is a free tool which makes it easy to copy unprotected DVDs. You can choose exactly what you’d like to copy: the main movie, one or two particular special features, or the entire DVD. If this isn’t fine-grained enough, then you can also cut individual chapters, or split a movie into two so it can be spread across two DVDs. And it gives you complete control over audio, subtitles and more: you’re able to choose the languages you’d like to copy, your preferred audio encodings (AC-3, DTS and so on), audio channels, subtitle languages and more. The program’s transcoding technology will compress your selected footage to reduce file sizes, while maintaining image quality.
