i m a bit busy person, but i have a problem, i usually get lots of unnecessary miss calls in my mobile set and everytime it is not possible to look the all name form the miss call list and i being tired of those number to come in my nokia set, is there any facility to diconnect or reject these miss call automatically or can we use those number in the black list which can automatically disconnect and help us to feel free of those irritating calls.and also, is this system works for nokia 6120 ?

Therefore it’s the responsibility of our company that we provide you a new mobile handset in the replacement of that set. I went to your Nokia Care centre in Hoshiarpur, punjab. They check the phone & I surprised on hearing their answer that repairing facility is not available in this centre, if you want to repair this, you have to leave this mobile for 12 days. You all know, in present senerio how a person can survive without a mobile. therafter I left your care centre with back of mind that nokia are not a good service provider.

AS I bought nokia 3120 classic on 17/09/08,but after some time my phone starting to show blank display many times .I didn’t see numbers of my callers . so.I submitted it nokia care,jaipur. your executive told me tat ir will be ok in 2days but I recieved my mobile after 2 days but after some time I have to faced same problem.Then I went again to nokia care ,they again told me it,ll be ok in 2-3 days and i received it after 3 days but again after some time I have to faced same problem. what can i do.I again went to nokia care ,they told me,it have to send delhi head office,it’ll be ok in 15 days but they gave me my mobile after one month but after some time my showing same problem.it is third time repeat.
My simple question is that ,is it crime to bought nokia mobile,is there no responsibility of company to secure his customer for this kind of problem. Now I can’t see phone numbers of my callers.
I don’t think it’s difficult to provide coverage to customer in such case when customer is genuine after your enquiry because company have good brand name.All necessary details like job sheet no.,bill copy provide you laterwhen you required. please try swap my mobile.

I purchased Nokia 3600 (I), 3 months back and getting continuous problem. Every time when I visit to Nokia care, they people have same answer for every problem – “this problem is due to swatting” and ask to pay for service. I am also using Motorola from last 5 years and Nokia from last 3 year (another handset) but could not get any problem of swatting. They are not their for customer care while they are for make money out of this. It’s completely rubbish!
They people don’t have sense, how to behave and look like frustrated with their job. They even don’t have problem solving attitude just want to shift their work load. I don’t know how to make convince them that – their may be some other reason for this problem, there are 2 handset in my pocket and only Nokia get moisture.
I have been fade up with Nokia hand set and customer care this time, I would love to suggest “Not to go for Nokia”

I had submitted my mobile 1650 with Durga Communication (NOKIA CARE CENTRE)126 MALL ROAD KINGSWAY CAMP DELHI 110009 ON 26/08/2009, AS THE MOBILE WENT OUT OF ORDER. THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE SET AND CHECKED INSIDE THEIR PREMISES. AFTER ABOUT ONE HOUR OF WAIT, THE NOKIA CARE PEOPLES ASKED US TO PRODUCE THE BILL AS THEY WAS SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE. I HAD REQUESTED TO PREPARE THE RECEIPT FOR THE MOBILE AND I WILL SHOW THE BILL AFTER RECEVING IT FROM MY YOUNGER BROTHER WHO IS PRESENTLY IN BHATINDA UNDER GOING BE DEGREE. THE REQUEST ACCEDED AND JOB SHEET NO. 10448 DATED 26/08/2009 WAS GOT ISSUED TO ME. I AGAIN APPROACHED THE OFFICE OF DURGE COMMUNICATION WITH BILL DATED 30/08/2008, SO AS TO RECEIVE THE MOBILE, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BILL AS TODAY IS 09TH SEPTEMBER 2009 AS THE VALIDITY IS VALID ONLY UPTO 30/08/2009. I bought Nokia 5800 on Jan 11 2009,but since then I am having problems with it.Initially I was not able to hear anything,as was the case with many 5800s.That I got repaired.The next problem was that when I operate any menu option ,a message comes”memory full,close some applications & try again”.I have visited almost everynokia care centr in Mumbai & no one is able to solve this problem.Often I switch off & swtch on again to open any menu.The recent problem is that the display is completely gone and the touch screen is also not working.Nokia care centres dont seem to have the display screen with them .I want this phone to be replaced.Nokia centres dont agree to it.Whom should I approach for this ?I have spent Rs 20000 on it and the warranty will expire in jan 2010.an you help?

in my nokia model no1208, i am facing the problem of outgoing calls. whenever i use to dial a number CHECK OPERATOR SERVICES appears on screen. while the same SIM runs properly on other set & there is no problem in receiving calls. i went to vodafone gallery to check thier setting on my number, every thing was ok with vodaphone. kindly suggest what to do, if there is any setting problem or give me address of nokia care near ring road surat (Gujrat India)

Am useing Nokia 5320 (IMEI No. 355740021350469), but last 6 days back i can’t able to hear the voice when incomming call. But i went and gave to near Nokia Care Aditi Communications (Yellanka New Town) on 13.10.09, and they asked me to come and collect on same day 1700hrs, but when i went there, they asked me to come after one hour, again i went they said it’s getting ready and they asked me to wait, have waited till 2000hrs, but no responce, then i went again at 2200hrs n met Mr. Adi Narayana Rao.S (very rude), he told me that there is some problem with IC, which we don’t have stock.Then he asked me to come on 14.10.09 @ 1800hrs, when i went they said yet to come from other place, it will reach another 1 hour time. Again i went there @ 2000hrs, when i asked the same guy, he said it’s not ready, when i asked him when it will get ready , he said we can’t commit anything, if you want u give if not please take n go. When i asked him to give in writting what will be the problem n why it’s delay in getting ready, he said we can’t n you can go n complaint anywhere, we list bother, finally he asked me the time of 10days more, that i asked him will it be ready in that time, he said will let you know. But today is 16.10.09, till now there is no return call from them.
So am requesting the respected sir,please help me to get my mobile as soon as possible and also please tell them not to give ant false commitment. Co’z we have to suffer. It’s my request…

I bought Nokia 5800 xpressMusic on Sept 12 2009,initially it was okay. Recently some problems occuring the contact bar is not coming, previously I made contact bar of three person and one blank. Some days before I made a basic bar but today the contact bar is not showing any image only blank icon is coming and which is not the call, sms and edit only cross(X) button is working, and when I activated contact bar then dialler and contact name is not coming. sometimes there is problem when I want to put a image to any person(add image opotion) then it gives command like that “memory full,close some applications”.I have imported some song from laptop and some of these music file give warning option and dosen’t play at all and showing that data is corrupted.sometimes mobile touch screen is not working and responding very slow. please help me regarding this aspect and gives immediate solution to this.

That one E90 purchased on Sept,08 due to some malfunctioning been replaced by HCL Guwahati on Nov-08. After 6/7 months the upper paints become pilling off. Complained with Guwahati office but the have refused to entertain saying the cosmetic warranty is over. Now that I understood that this is manufacturing defect and the Company have entertained the complaint of simmiler nature in Kolkata including one my freinds. 2) USB Error When i went to your Nokia service Center in nagpur at Zashi rani square sitabuldi at that time, technician checked my mobile and said in your mobile is Slider liquid damge due to this reason we can’t coved in under warranty for above repaire we will charge extra money against these sentance i have told him,these two problem which i have mentioned in above they are not linked with Slider liquid damage when i checked mobile i saw some dust (not Liquid) deposite was on the slider corner after that i ask him why you not covered under warranty he said if the liquid deposite on the PCB due to we will not covered under warranty but actualy some dust deposite on the Slider corner not in PCB only, your company person they are unncessesalraly tracing on PCB it is very rediculous service providing by you if NOKIA such kind of serive you will provide i will never recommend to other to buy NOKIA mobile

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the Nokia3600 Slide set IMEI No 355706022014545 purchased on 03 Dec 2008 which is Not functioning properly i.e.No speech and poor connectivity automatic disconnection and phone hangs etc I sent trice to your nokia Priority at South Ext.New delhi on 26/09/09 and 18/10/09 but No action taken Problem still persist. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I represent a Maruti dealer in Siliguri(W.B) as GM Service and we are using Nokia as our corporate Handset and had no problem till offlate with the product quality and services.For last 2-3 months the set used by myself is giving problems.

Initially the keypad was not responding sometimes and after keeping the set switched off the set was working fine for sometime.On checking with Nokia Care at Siliguri where they havent opened any Job sheet the engineer told that the set is not capable of handling 2GB Memory Card. Hence you have to bear with this problem.The period of incident was back in Jun’09.Unable to get time,repeat checking with Nokia Care couldnt be done.
Now,today after much trouble with the set which is not operating/not even switching on I personally went to Nokia Care(Siliguri-Shanti Telesolution) and to my surprise the Engineer informed me that though the set is in Warranty period but it will be chargeable (estimated Rs1500/-) for the repair as there is traces of liquid entry.The job no. is:599504886/091104/18 dated 04.11.09.
Now,my querry is,the set in questioned is never got dropped in water and if the set is not protected against sweating which could be the only reason of liquid entry then can it be assumed that the product quality of Nokia had gone down drastically.I had been using Nokia Set from 2002 onwards and never faced such problem.
Hence, request you to please look into the matter considering a loyal customer of Nokia, otherwise we have to rethink for a shift to other Mobile Manuafcturer with quality product.

When I complained at the nokia care centre , I became very surprise to see the behavior of the centre head Mr. Manoj and other employees appointed there. they did not entertain the complain and said that wherever you want to go to complain can go. but I am not responsible for the battery and I can’t do help in this matter. There were a few people also present to lodge the complain but they were not entertaining them. I have come to know some illegal matters about this center that Duplicate items are being sold at this centre . Pl. look into the matter and investigate with surprise checking . and I request You to resolve my problem.
