i took 5130 c cell in ur company but i’m faceing lots of problem in that pls change the model i don want that model set i already gave to two times to service station i am ready pay extra amout if you give other set according to market rate which set i’m taken pls solve my problem.

After a best quality performance of 3310 and 6600 i purchased NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA and i gifted to my daughter.But within 8 month i deposited to care for various problems. The warranty period is totally washed in care centerToday i further depositing at care for older problems.I want to increse my warrenty period for further services.I am always get best service from NOKIA.If the problems are not solved i must go on DHARNA OR HUNGER STRIKE infront of NOKIA PRIORITY DELEAR.. I have been using NOKIA mobile since many years there was no problem yet but now i have changed my set to 7210C and it been 8 months there was no probel but suddenly it was showing different type of error and when i gave it to NOKIA CARE they are also not able to solve the problem and it has been more than 2 months that they are not giving my mobile back and saying that they not able to solve and due to this i am facing trouble as my full work depends upon calls.My IMEI number is 356930038688737
I own a nokia n73 cell. I am unable to install the pc suite for the same. Recently i formatted the hardrive and have XP as OS. Problem is no error message while installing it using cd.
So downloaded pc suite from internet, tried loading error message was “windows installer could not be accessed”. Downloaded windows installer 3.1 and installed it. But still the same error message.
Can someone plzzzz help me out.????

I, Bhavesh G Patel, am the proud owner of NOKIA N97 mobile unit with 32GB capacity. I purchased this mobile unit on 12th August 2009 and the identification no. of the mobile unit is IME No. 354225036992142.
On purchase, as part of the scheme, I was promised Bluetooth free of cost. It is now over 6 months, I have been repeatedly following up for the same from your officials concerned but what I received were only verbal assurances.
I have been browsing the website for quite some time searching for e-mail addresses of your seniors sitting at the Head Office but it appears your website too does not function properly as the contact option does not open.
Please advise me how I should proceed with my claim?

i purchased nokia Mobile of N95-1.it was lost in aflowing stream and found later after 2 weeks.Now the phone is not working.When aproched the authorised service centre .Pattom,Trivandrum they did’t care to accept and said that it cannot be repaired.An authorised service centre of world famous Mobile company reoly was quite funny and ridiculed.I approach anothe private service point .They after examining the phone and said that the sliding slip is broken.Unless it is changed the phone cannot be ON.Being acustomer of Nokia Phone what I should do? I f you have Service centre run directly by the company I shall send it by courier.I cannot throw away the phone.Please let me inform the steps Ishould do.I am prepared to approach before consumer court after hearing from you.

I am facing an unusual problem that i changed the phone lock code from 12345 to a custom 5 character numeric code. However when i try to replace the code back, it accepts the current code (custom value) and then when i give the new code as 12345 an error message stating “Code Error” is shown. I also noticed that i cannot provide any new code.
However when i reset the phone the new custom code is accepted, indicating its not a problem. Would appreciate if someone can help me sort this problem.
I wish to inform you that I have purchased a Nokhia Handset Model No. 6303 M BLACK from Nokia”s Prioirity Dealer M/s A C Communication, 63/337, V.T. Road Circle, Madhyam Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur-302020 vide their Invoice Ref No. NPD/09-10/3743 dated 15th Nov ‘2009. After purchasing the Handset, I have been facing lot of problems in this set, and first I attended the Customer Care on 02/01/2010, 04/01/2010 and again on 08/01/2010 and the Complaint Nos. are 9, 23 & 57 respectively. The complaint was :
1. Incoming and outgoing calls voice problem.
2. Disconnection of calls while on call and incoming.
3. Auto switch -off
4. Very slow processing speed
5. Memory Card problem etc.
After the 1st and 2nd attempt of complaint, the set has been returned to me on the same day after its repairs. You will notice from the 2nd complaint that the first time the problem descrimated has not been solved, then I have to go 2nd time. Since 2nd time also the problem persists, I have forcefully gone to the customer care at 3rd time. On the 3rd time of my complaint, I have been told that now the set will be replaced and I have to wait for 10 to 15 days. But after 5-6 days, I got a call from the Customer care that I should collect the set from them. When I went there to collect the set, the old set has been handed over to me with the plea that all the problems has been rectified. When I questioned about your replacing the set, how it has repaired 3rd time and given back to me. They forcefully handed over the old set to me. Since I am finding the same problem in the set, I would request you to kindly replace the set with a new one without any further day, as I have suffered lot on this account. This time I am not going to accept the repair of the set, but I need to replace the set without any cost, as the condition of the set is also very bad during the handling the same at your service centres lot of time.
I await your confirmation on my complaint at the earliest.

I bought a nokia 6700 classic very recently and within one month of purchase the key pad just faded when i contacted the nokia customer care in katriguppe they flatly refused to give me a replacement and then i went to gandhi bazar nokia care the manager assured me the replacement of the set i was happy for the moment then they made me wait for a month but i was glad i got my set back, i went to receive my set whr i saw tat they were trying to give me with a black hand set , i had given them a silver hand set , then i observed tat the black set had too many scratches inside its back panell, i finally got to know its a used set , they argued with me but finally agreed to get me the black set replaced again. a=fter a month again they gave me the same black set i had rejected. then i ahd a heated up situation and there was too much of arguments between the nokia care and me then they called me after 15 days to receive a new set again i was glad i got a silver colour new set butt again , the keypad is fading , plz tel me some higher authorities whom i can complain to on this set and as well as the manager of the nokia care in gandh bazar . plz help me out bcoz i’ve paid quite a lot of money on this mobile and wasted enough time and money in this process.
