I have purchesed Nokia Lumia 800 on 1st may but i codunt enjoy the cell for one day becouse of poor battery and the set becomes too hot when kept for charging i have submitted the cell phone in care center in solapur at jaintelecom solapur job sheet no 509/8 they have told me that the cell phone has sent to delhi for further invistigation so see that the cell has major problem and has given me mentel tension becouse i was very happy while purchesing it this problem has put unhappyness in me

I purchase cell phone in Madan mobile, Vellore (dealer: Nokia cell phones), No 73, Arcot Road, Opp CMCH, Vellore – 632 004 on 30/03/2012 my mobile model no x2-02 D Blue IMEI 351960055305528, 351960055305536.
I observed next day itself Tower fluctions due to bad signal battery backup will reduce within one day with usage of phone 30 minutes. I informed the above dealer this problem on 2/04/2012 is reply, due to SIM card, the same SIM card I previously used in Nokia mobile model 1101 there is no tower fluctions. The dealer told Nokia Mobile model 1101 is basic model; we put any SIM card tower fluction never accrued. Next day I put same SIM Card in Nokia Model C1-01 model tower is very good signal.
The above dealer bad response above this complaint nokia model x2-02.
My Bill no 5454/30/03/2012. Kindly advice what I can do I purchase this mobile hardly earn money that cost is Rs 3270/= without, Memory card, data cable.

i tried to update my nokia c2 00 software via pc by using nokia suite, and while updating my phone become dead and connection lost after that i am unable to switch on my phone. and when i connects it through pc it shows an error that driver is missing…? plz help if you can???

I have given my Lumia 710 for screen lock problem to Nokia Service centre M/S Raksha Impex , North Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai -600017 on 29th March 2012 with job sheet number 486465550/120330/33. Raksha told me that it will take 4 working days howvever did not received any status call till evening on 9th April 2012. Then I have decided to go directly to Raksha Impex and reached there on 9th April 2012 at 06.20pm and they told me that just received the courier from Nokia, Delhi. I have waited for nearly 30 minutes because they told me that the replacement phone has to be charged. Then they have given on internet print out of Replacement Note (RN 414102) anlong with replacement lumia bearing IMEI 359300041106593. They have shown the mobile with my original battery but then immeditely display went off infront of them. I asked why? Then they told me that you you have to charge and use. I too believed and returned home and put charge for hours and hours but nothing happened. Some time it says “welcome to windows” and shuts down immediately with “goodbye”. I feel M/s Raksha Impex made me nicely “Gulliable” and they can cheat any one on the earth. My question is how come Nokia has selected such a fraud to offer service cenre. Now my phone is dead after waited for 10 days and previously atleast unlock screen appeard and now the new replacement is completely dead phone. Should I remain gulliable? Answer please.]
