Exams are over. Schools are closed for Christmas vacation. Kids are into full of enthusiasm to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. The kids in my neighborhood have been practicing Christmas carol for the last one week, using locally available appropriate musical instruments like plastic buckets and sticks (drum!), wooden pieces, etc.! They sing with passion and joy. I enjoy listening to them and their company. The Santa and team visited my home yesterday singing many songs, including ‘we wish you a merry Christmas…’ We shared cakes and sweets, and I took their picture. These kids celebrate all festivals like Onam, Christmas, New Year, Vishu and keep the neighborhood proud of them.
