LG Electronics had launched its latest model, named LG Optimus L7 II P713 in India at Rs 13,789. It runs on Android 4.1 OS of Jelly Bean series and is powered by a 1GHz Dual Core processor with MSM82225 chipset. It has a 768MB LP DDR1 RAM and 4GB eMMC ROM.
The device offers a seamless layout with its rounded contours and clean lines to create a form that fits nicely in user’s palm. The radiant rear design can catch attention with its textured finish. The LASER cut contour on the phone makes it look slimmer than it actually is.
Another attraction is the home button LED, the LED lighting that alerts user with different colors for incoming calls, e-mail and messages. The device homes a 4.3” WVGA True IPS display with a screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
The phone has an 8MP rear camera with BSI sensor and LED Flash. It also features a front camera. LG had incorporated Cheese Shutter Function [a camera function patented by LG], QSlide, QTranslator Function, Quick Button and Quick Memo.
QTranslator can recognize 44 languages and has the ability to translate into 64 languages. The QSlide provides the ability to run two functions on transparent layers, simultaneously. Quick Memo is used for making notes on screenshots or photographs, and user can share them on social networks by text, email etc.
The phone has A-GPS for navigation. It also supports Bluetooth v3.0, DLNA [Digital Living Network Alliance] and USB 2.0 HS for connectivity. LG Optimus L7 uses a 2460 mAh battery with SiO+ technology for providing large capacity.
