HTC Desire 200, youngest among HTC Desire series has been announced officially. It sports Android OS and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S1 processor with a maximum processor speed of 1 Giga Hertz.
The 3.5 inch display may seem not enough, with a screen resolution of 320×480 pixels. HTC Desire 200 has a 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD card.
It comes with 1230 mAh battery. According to the company sources, the battery can last for a period of 7:30 hours [talk time in 3G mode] and can last for 812 hours when put in standby.
It comes with two cameras, the rear one is a 5 megapixel camera and the one in front is a VGA camera. The phone has Beats Audio system integrated, like other HTC phones.
It offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB and GPS as the connectivity options. The gadgets within are accelerometer, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor.
There are two color options to choose from – Black and White.
