HCL Infosystems announced X1 ME, its fourth Me series Android tablet in the Indian market. HCL ‘X1′ ME is powered by the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system and is pre-loaded with applications, covering travel, jobs, entertainment, local search and communications. HCL X1 ME tablet has access to the HCL’s ME App store that has over 10,000 applications. It is priced at Rs.10,490 in India.
HCL X1 ME tablet is preloaded quite a few apps like Think Free Office, Cleartrip, 99acres on the device to give users out of box usability. You will also have access to ME App Store and Me Connect (to easily transfer content from PC to the tablet).

The X1 comes with 7 inch capacitive screen and is equipped with 1 Ghz processor promising high performance and low power consumption. The tablet comes with a 2 MP camera and 512 MB storage capacity with an internal memory of 4 GB expandable to 32 GB. It enables seamless data transfer from X1 to any computing device.
