FavOrg is a tool for making favicons work better under Internet Explorer. Usually favicons are stored as temporary files. After a while, the favicon will disappear and your shortcut will appear with the standard IE icon again. FavOrg fixes this problem and ensures that your favicons are “sticky” by storing them permanently in a user-defined folder. In addition, FavOrg allows you to assign custom icons to your Internet favorites.
