Colorbox is a simple program that generate HTML <BODY> tags using sliders and the color selection dialog to select colors for the background, text and hyperlinks. Then click on the Copy button to copy the <BODY> tag to the Windows clipboard.
You can change the default style from a number of other styles that are included in the theme. Colorbox is freeware. Colorbox can preload background images and can preload upcoming images in a photo group.
