The event aimed to educate the channel partners on the benefits of Intel’s latest Sandy Bridge Platform. ASUS displayed its latest ROG and TUF series motherboards based on Intel chipsets and at major locations ASUS also had high-end machines powered by ASUS’ P8Z68-V PRO motherboard for demonstration. With these machines ASUS demonstrated its exclusive UEFI BIOS (EZ Mode) and LucidLogix Virtu’s GPU Virtualization technology which is supported on its Intel Z68 Express Chipset-based motherboards.
ASUS primarily focused on its latest Z68 motherboards like P8Z68 DELUXE, P8Z68-V PRO, P8Z68-V, Maximus IV Extreme-Z and Maximus IV GENE-Z. They have numerous powerful features that fully exploit the performance benefits of 2nd Generation Intel Core Processors, packing more features and new innovations onto the Z68 platform while maintaining unmitigated performance and reliability. These include the universal implementation of LucidLogix Virtu™ switchable graphics to harness the capabilities of Intel® Quick Sync Video for faster video transcoding and the extreme performance of the latest NVIDIA® and AMD graphics cards, along with Intel® Smart Response Technology to accelerate hard drive performance and reduce energy consumption.
[advt]Other ASUS motherboards that were exhibited were ROG Rampage III Black Edition, Rampage III Extreme, Rampage III Gene, Sabertooth X58, Sabertooth P67, P8P67 Series, P8H67 Series and P8H61 Series. Around 1500-1600 partners marked their presence in this event and appreciated this initiative by Intel.
