Access MTNL 3G Connection on Samsung Galaxy Tab

You can access MTNL 3G connection on your Samsung galaxy tab. Alternatively you can manually perform these settings on your mobile. Mobile Settings for GPRS and 3G are same. You can get 3G Settings for your mobile from MTNL website or Call centre.  MTNL 3G setting for Samsung Galaxy Tab is given on table.[source]

3G Settings for Samsung Galaxy TAB
  •  Go to Settings and select Wireless & Network
  • Select Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
  • Type following text in given fields
  • Set Name: MTNL
  • Access Point Name(for prepaid numbers):gprsppsmum
  • Access Point Name(for postpaid numbers):gprsmtnlmum
  • User Name:leave blank
  • Password:leave blank
