Micromax launched first tablet under its Flagship Canvas series, named Canvas Tab P650 which is priced at Rs 16,500. The tablet sports an 8″ IPS display and it features an aluminium body. This tablet runs on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS, which can be upgraded to higher versions.
The tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core processor paired with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. the memory is expandable up to 32 GB, using microSD card. The phone carries twin cams, a 5 MP one at the rear and a 2 MP one at the front.
The tablet comes with SIM support for voice calls. This tablet has WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G network support. The power needs are catered by a 4,800 mAh battery, which offers five hours of browsing time on 3G.
[advt]The Tab will be available in two colors, Blue and White. The tablet comes preloaded with apps like Spuul, Opera Mini, M! Live, Music Hub and M! Security. It also has some special features like Video Pinning, Pop-up Browser and Look away to Pause video.
