redBus + mCheck = Indian Bus Ticket Booking Through Mobile Phones

redBus in association with mChek provides Indian bus ticket booking through mobile phones. This mChek service is available only to Airtel subscribers.
SMSing REDBUS to 543219 allows customers to browse routes, select the appropriate journey, authorize the purchase with their mChekPIN, and receive an instant payment confirmation and ticketing information on their mobile phone.
By using the mChek option on the redBus website, customers can enter their mobile number on the site and authorize the transaction on their mobile, without having to share payment credentials with a merchant.
mChek is a mobile payment system in India, which lets you use your mobile phone as credit card for over-the-counter and Internet purchases, and person to person payments. mChek is currently only available for Airtel users. Currently any valid Visa / MasterCard Credit Card issued by any bank in India can be used with mChek.
