   Dear Sree Pillai,
   Lost SMS messages. What happened? I have a BSNL Cellone connection. Recently I sent several sms to a friend that were shown on my phone as ‘delivered to…’ . However that person did not recieve the sms’s. Where did they go? Can someone be intercepting them? The receiver’s inbox was not full and phone was on all the time. They have received earlier sms messages and 48 hours later they are receiving them again. Please advise. Many thanks. paulc@vsnl.com

   Dear Sree Pillai,

   I have BSNL Cellone conncection. For the past two weeks I have problem in sending sms messages. I cannot send SMS messages within India and also International SMS. Also when I am calling to my country Philippines, the meter is running even though the person I am calling still not accepted my call. What could be the problem? Please help me with this because it is getting harder for me to communicate with my relatives.

    I have BSNL Cellone conncection. i have received message thank you for continuing VALUE PACK. you have been renewed Rs. 49 has been deducted from your balance. to deactivate, call 1255530. but unfortunate my deducted my money second time.

    I have SIM connection of IDEA. I am receiving unwanted messages from 57333 (chit chat) and Rs. 1 is being deducted from my account (message:- “Rs. 1 has been deducted from your account for VAS usage”. I talked to customer care of IDEA but they told me that they have not activated this service in my mobile. The advised me to go to rediff website and deactivate from there because it may have been activated from rediff. I am in a fix what to do because I have not activated this service from rediff but I want to deactivate this service. Pl. help me.
