BSNL GSM Mobile Roaming Tariff Reduced to 1 Paisa Per Second

BSNL has reduced roaming rates for postpaid and prepaid GSM mobile subscribers. The new roaming tariff is applied by default to all postpaid and prepaid customers using Pay Per Second Plan and All@49 plan.

Prepaid customers who already enrolled in Pay Per Second Plan will be now charged at 1 paisa per second for incoming and outgoing to BSNL network and 1.2 paisa for other network for local and STD outgoing calls while roaming in India.

Prepaid customers enrolled in All@49 Plan will now be charged at 49 paisa for all incoming and outgoing calls to any network while roaming in India.

Postpaid roaming charges will be as per the tariff plans as low as 30 paisa for all incoming and outgoing calls while roaming. [via telecomtalk]
