Tata Photon Plus is a High Speed Internet Access Service (HSIA) in the form of a USB Modem offered by Tata Teleservices Ltd. It is a mobile internet connectivity which allows you to access internet anytime, anywhere. The speeds offered are Up to 3.1 Mbps (Downlink) and up to 1.8 Mbps (Uplink). It is available at Rs. 1199 (Incl. SUK) in India.

The USB modems are manufactured by various OEMs and for any faults or claims the purchaser of handset should approach the Authorized Service Centre (ASC) of the manufacturer with the warranty card. TTSL/TTML sales/service outlets would provide information about ASCs of USB modem manufacturer and will facilitate such an approach. However, TTSL/TTML is not responsible for any claim arising on account of faulty USB modems.
Actual internet speed would depend on multiple factors like time of day, number of simultaneous users & web pages accessed etc. Tata Photon Devices are sold by Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited (DIESL).Handling, processing, activation charges and taxes applicable. The device model offered will be at the sole discretion of Tata Teleservices Limited (TTL). Tata Photon Plus services can be accessed only in those areas where TTL has Tata Photon Plus coverage. Standard documentation policy of TTL shall apply for the new connection. TTL may additionally manage customers’ bandwidth at peak times to preserve the best experience for the maximum number of users.
TTL reserves the right to review and apply network protection controls in case of peer to peer file sharing etc. The same is meant to safeguard the quality of service for other customers

Prepaid Services
Online Recharge facility:

Balance Check via SMS:
- Customers can receive Balance and validity information over SMS, on their alternate contact number.
