Picasion helps to create Animated GIF online for free. Upload your pictures or grab them from Flickr or Picasa Web, make avatars or funny animations and post it to MySpace, Hi5, Facebook, eBay, Orkut, Bebo, Digg, QQ, Friendster, etc. No need for Flash.
You can also select what size the GIF should be, you can select one of the predefined sizes or select a custom size of up to 450 pixels wide. You can also specify speed in between the images. After uploading the images you can create animations and it will give you related links with three options and can use this to anywhere you like.
