About eSMS:- MTNL has online bulk SMS platform called eSMS which can be used by mobile subscribers of any mobile network in India. It allows individuals and commercial users to send bulk SMS to any national mobile number through Computer. The user does not have to install any software; he/she has to simply buy SMS coupons to avail this facility. This facility was previously available only through physical coupons which could be obtained from MTNL outlets, MTNL CSC etc. In addition to coupons the service can now be used through online payment also using credit card, debit card and internet banking.

Procedure to use card:
The procedure to use the card (Physical Coupon) remains same and is reproduced here:
- Scratch for secret 14 digit PIN.
- Login to http://esms.mtnlmumbai.in with your username and password. (First time user need to sign up).
- Click recharge tab after you login to your account and enter the 14 digit Pin and press ‘Confirm’.
- Your online SMS account will automatically be credited with the number of SMS credits as indicated in your SMS coupon.
