    I R.K Saxena LAN NO. LADEL00008356682 wanted to say that i having a car loan from your bank. I recived a call from your office that my sept month cheque was bounced, so they are sending an executive to collect cash for insttalment for the month of september, when i checked my HDFC account there was sufficent balance, than i again asked for the reason that why my cheque was bounced as there was sufficent balace than they told me that there may be some system error,
    On 14/ Sept / 2010 i paid cash ie. rs 5790 to your executive & on the same day cheque was also cleared from my HDFC acc, it means i have paid twice, i came to know about it when i checked my balance, no one from your side informed me that the cheque was also cleared. Its your duty to inform your coustomer. Than i called your customer care & shared my situation than they said i have to visit your branch. From last 5 days i am trying to sought out this issue but there was no result, today i went to your branch in NIT Faridabad, they told me they are forwarding the request but they are not sure that when i got my money refund or get adjusted. They gave me the request number ie. SR153538545.
    Sir i just wanted to know that when i got my money back.

Hi, I am an old customer. everytime I call your customer care contact number 9818178000 and follow its instructions I end up nowhere..everytime I enter my debit card no, I am promptly told that I have exceeded the time limit. I am not able to lodge my grievance. I am Delhibased and I cannot travel to my bank in Gurgaon being a senior citizen. Can anyone help me in re-issuing my debit card fast? How long my Lord, how long?

  8. Hi I am Gopal, I have paided the last month credit card payment on 5thSep10, I tried to pay the bill amount through online from Aug25th, but system not allowing me to pay the amount, i am in USA from last 3 months. It is working fine when i am in INDIA.
    I called to my brother and asked to pay the amount to ICICI brach. For ‘Fee levied for cash payment’ again they are chaged Rs.100/- and Service Tax.

    I have called to ICICI customer care and asked to revise the full penality amount, but they are revised only 50% of the penality fee. I requesting you please revise the penality amount and ‘Fee levied for cash payment’

    whenever i visit to icici Bank branch for some transaction or some query. i have been asked for either Life insurance or some SIP or some other plan and similaly very often phone came from the branch for the same for our corporate account . when i refused they put pressure on me not only me when i discussed with my other colleges and known they are have same reported. the employees says that this is must for their job. they will be fired when they don’ t do it. is that a truth ?????????????
    as Per my best knowledge court has stopped these kind of practice from the bank. bank are only for transaction of money and process the chq.s.. loan etc.
    not for LI’s SIP’s activity..

    the banking hours are also morning 8 to 8
    12 hrs.. a same person will handle all queries from morning to nite …

    is this all justified……

    I am a NRI SB A/C Holder at Rajapalayam Branch bearing the number 611501058211,
    customer ID no. 70687791. I am holding this sb accout since 1998. For some reason for the past 2 to 3 years I could ot operate the account regularly. My contact address is of home town Rajapalayam.
    All of a sudden when I happen to see the latest statement in this May’10 4 times the sum of Rupees 827.00 been deducted from my account, which I was not notified.
    Immediately I have checked in the Branch and I have explained to them my in accessability and request them to revive back the money and assurig them I can maintain the account. I have submitted my request in the letter format o 28th May’10. I was told by the branch Officer they will revivie the money back to me and I have to make sure to maintain the account. After a month when I check my balance only one QIP been revised to me, but the rest not known. When I called the officer in charge, they replied that They will look into it. Why it is so?. When they are deducting the money without intimating to me. Atleast they would have ensure the communication reached me before taking any deduction. It is our money and it is been kept with your bank. And I never misused any of your facilities and I am a perfect account holder. I need your response in this regards ASAP. Thanks and regards

    My name is vinoth kumar T… I have american express credit card No.3770 404114 58004…. In 2007 i have taken health insurance in ICICI Lombard.. i have paid arond 20 months out of 24 months with the monthly payment of Rs.360… then i called the customer care adn told to close my account they told will verify and let me know… then after that i didn’t received any statement or what is the amount due till now… now i have applied for loan for my saving account they told that i have Rs.5700 amount have to pay for the credit card… actually i have to pay aroung Rs.1500… they unwantedly added so many interest for two years… No initimation for year to me for mailing address and also no contact to me.. i can’t pay this much amount…. ICICI has not sent any statement or nothing informed to me still now… My contact number is 9176622543….

    I am saving a/c holder of your bank bearing a/c no-634201505757. I am not geting quaterly a/c statement in time. Last quater(from 01.01.2010 to 31.03.2010) statement also not yet received by me.

Now a days icici bank services are degrading specially at nanganallur branch ,chennai as non of the ATMS at this branch have sufficient papaers stocks to provide mini statement of the transaction and more over the contact no to this branch is also outdated and useless in case of any emergency query and therefore customer like us suffering a lot.its so shame.

    I know ,what you have sent to me on 6-1-2010 in your e-mail to me . why are you not providing your e-mail to me so that I can send you details regarding my car loan account LAHDI00002234385. The statement sent by ICICI bank regarding payment made and the overdue charges of Rs3399/= as indicated there in is a false all wrong and imaginary statement full of lies. ICICI bank seem to me a cheat befooling public in India I can send a scan copy of my Bank pass book to you which clearly indicate when the post dated cheques have been received and actually cleared /paid.
    I have already paid over due/ late payment charges of Rs 229/ and cheque bounce charges of Rs221/-while making payment in cash to yours Mohan Singh vide receipt No IL0305 0546998/dated21-05-2005 Rs5034/- in total(Scan copy attached).
    Post dated cheques have not been received in my bank account for payment as per Amortization schedule given and attached herewith therefore last two installments were also paid in cash vide receipt no CL 0406 2888574/ dated 19-6-2006 Rs 9028/- as per letter from your Haldwani branch. The personnel from your bank promised that nothing is due now towards you in this case . Therefore over due charges are not due to my mistake but due to non receipt of the post dated cheques in due dates . Which is the mistake of ICICI bank.
    Today I have sent all this infomation to your ICICI Bank branch at Haldwani by SPEED POST and hope that NOC or NO DUES will be issued to me sooner. and reply will be sent to me at the earliest.

  30. I had a taken a personal loan from your bank in the month of June 2007 and my account no is 9401270101142003. I has gone for settlement of the loan in the month of June 2009. I approached your bank at Ambattur estate and enquired about closure and settlement as a had already settled my credit card, twice, but there was no any proper response and instead the lady at the enquiry desk asked me to contact the customer service over phone. After I missed my monthly payment, the bank persons call me over phone and asked me to pay the monthly instalment. I has told them that monthly payment was not possible and I could go for final settlement. Then one person by the name vasu contacted by phone and said that he could mail the settlement cell for settlement and that I should pay an initial instalment of 10,000 by cash and only then the office would give me my settlement letter. He countacted me very often for the payment and was torturing me even when I was out of station to attend my mother in laws ceremony that the settlement letter was ready and I had to pay 10,000 cash to get a copy of the letter. When I reached Chennai, I offered to make the payment at any Branch near ICF, but he told me that if I credit it in the bank this will take time and that it will not appear in the statement and that he has already applied for settlement I had to pay immediately. He sent a person to collect 10,000 Rs/., but the person did not give me the receipt. When I insisted for receipt he called the person over his phone and Mr. Vasu told me over the phone that the money has to be debited to my account before 11AM and it was urgent and that he can produce the receipt for it along with settlement letter. Whereas the same person brought the settlement letter around 4 PM even now he did not produce the receipt for 10,000/. And the settlement was for 70,000 for 3 cheques for the amt 20,000/., 20,000/- and 30,000/- respectively. When I tried to contact Vasu, he had already switched off the phone and I could not contact him in that number thereafter. I approached the Ambattur Branch regarding this there they once again refused to trace the person and they told me to contact the customer service. Fearing that these persons are trying to swindle my money I purposely did not pay the other two cheques. Now the tele calling persons are calling me to mak payment. I have repeatedly told them that I could pay the remaining 40,000 only since I had already paid 20,000 by cheque and 10,000 by cash, Now that say that my balance for payment is 79,000. Please make necessary arrangements to solve the issue and provide a new settlement letter for which I can pay the remaining 40,000.

    Icici bank creating lots of problem for i called so many times to cus care for my new userid but they geve suggestion i folloewed tht but when i am trying to login into the icici bank web site its showin user id disabled agan i call ed 2 to 3 times they told i have place a req for new password again i have done tht but problem is nobady assured me tht the req taken succesfully. I think ICICI bank they r doing mis management with cutomer and they harash the customer.

    When i got my next statement i was shocked to see that i had to pay interest charges summing up to Rs 317.81.

    a policy in my credit card. I infromed by Email & discussed with Icici Customer care many time that I donot want this policy please dont pay any amount for this policy but they did not take any action regarding this complaint, he always replied me that we are looking this metter.

    One day I received a call from Icici Bank he told me that if you paid Rs. 700/- than we
    shall finalize this case. after some day I received second call from Icici legal Deptt.

We are very old customers of this bank.i hv been taking car loans from icici bank from the last 4 years..nd hv almost cleared every loan …my money is withdrawn frm my account without my permission nd ny information..it had been a long time..and by law..this thing is not allowed..i have been going to ur branch daily..its alomost my 100 round..nobody is ready to deal for the problem and nobody is taking the responsibilty..nd i am sure your staff has done this..nd misguiding me from past 2 years…i have every proof.nd thid is the biggest offence in the law..this is the last message because i hv been trying customer care but they are not respondin to my problem and m totally harassed …now my last step is to take u to international media..for making the customer a fool …my amount was very big which is not showin in my account..i hv all the receipts ..

  38. my housing loan LBBNS00001062603 has close the account on 17th july 2009 from last one month i am regularly follow up for my partial document which not received . till date no satisfy result received . pl support us

    without these document i am not abel to sale this property .
