Huawei has announced the launch of its new Ascend series smartphones in India, named Huawei Ascend Y200 and Huawei Ascend G300. Both these phones run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system.
Huawei Ascend Y200 comes with a 3.5-inch touchscreen, 3.15 MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, micro USB port, upto 32 GB of expandable memory slot and a 1250 mAh battery. The smartphone also comes with dual-mic, which are used to cancel the background noise. It runs on Qualcomm 800MHz CPU. Huawei Ascend Y200 will be available at Rs. 8,190.
Huawei Ascend G300 has 4.0-inch WVGA IPS display, 5-megapixel-auto focus camera and 1GHz CPU. Ascend G300 also comes with FM Radio, 512MB of RAM, 4GB internal memory (32GB expandable memory) and 1500 mAh battery. Huawei Ascend G300 has been priced at Rs. 13,490.
