FireFTP – Free Cross-Platform FTP/SFTP Client for Firefox

FireFTP is a free, secure, cross-platform FTP/SFTP client for Mozilla Firefox which provides easy and intuitive access to FTP/SFTP servers. It gives you access to a lightweight FTP client using much of the built-in functionality of Firefox. It includes SSL/TLS support, file diffs, image thumbnails, resumes, proxy support and more. And, since it uses Firefox for many of its functions, it’s a very small download.

FireFTP is activated from the Tools menu, opening a two-pane view within a Firefox window. The pane on the left-hand side shows the local file system, a tree of directories and a list of files in the current directory. The pane on the right shows the remote FTP server. Between the panes there are two buttons with arrows, one for upload and the other for download.
