Getting BSNL Live services on your mobile
The settings required to access ‘BSNL Live’ are pushed to your handset by BSNL. You can also ask for the settings by sending <manufacturer name> space <model name> of your handset to 58355 by SMS e.g. <Nokia> space <N79> to 58355. After you send the SMS you will in response get several settings on your handset viz. ‘bsnllive’, ‘bsnlstream’ etc.
Video on Demand in BSNL Live
Video on Demand allows you to choose your favorite video clips from those made available on ‘BSNL Live’. The pricing of videos depend on its type and may vary from Rs 5/- to Rs 20/-. A full length movie is priced at Rs 40/-.
Watching movies on BSNL Live
BSNL plays movie on your mobile through movie streaming technology. You will be charged once the video streaming starts. For user’s convenience, large movies are split into 2-6 parts having 20-30 minutes play time. This facility helps you to view movies in intervals, without the need for watching the whole movie in a single stretch. However, you have to complete watching one movie within 48 hrs. You can also watch movies repeatedly in the allotted time.
BSNL provides special offers such as wallpapers @ Rs5, Audios @ Rs5, Games @ Rs 35, Video on demand @ Rs 10 etc during festive seasons. You also get regular and consistent updates from BSNL team, whenever fresh contents arrive on BSNL Live.
