Ant Renamer is a free program that makes easier the renaming of lots of files and folders by using specified settings. It can redistribute it and modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation. Unicode file names are supported under Windows NT4, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista. So it is possible to rename without problems files that have names containing characters from Japanese, Chinese, Arab, etc.
