BSNL have made it easier for their general customers to view and pay their BSNL telephone bills online, through this portal. Presently, the BSNL Customers can pay their Landline as well as CellOne bills online. Apart from the payments, the BSNL customers can also apply for eServices online.
BSNL currently partner with UTI, HDFC, ICICI banks to enable payment through integration with Internet Banking system. Currently, the CellOne Bill Presentment and Payment is made available for all CellOne subscribers in AP (Andhra Pradesh) only. Click here to Add CellOne Account.
General customers of BSNL as well as the Corporate Customers can access this feature by following three simple steps, namely, Register, Add a Phone Account and View and Pay Bills Online:
Online Bill Payments

Register Login
Here you will have to provide some personal information such as your name, contact address and email. The information furnished will be kept confidential. Once the verification process is over, you can log in (sig in) to BSNL website by entering the username and password. Click here to register

Add Phone Account
After you successfully register, you can add the phone. First, you need to select a circle. For example, if your phone falls in the ‘AP’ circle, you need to select ‘Andhra Pradesh’ from the combo box. Then you can add an account by giving your unique id and the phone number. Thus, you can add multiple phone accounts to your login. Also, you will have an option of deleting them if the need arises.
The registration and addition of phone account is an instantaneous and one-time process. Once added, the portal will keep updating all the outstanding bills automatically. When you add an account for the first time, your bills would take some time to reflect on the site. Later on, the bills would be shown as and when the bills are released or generated. While adding a phone account, you have an option of requesting for electronic bill mailers (emailing of the new bill, as and when it is generated) and electronic bill payment alerts (reminder email to pay the bill, three days before the Pay-by-Date of the Bill).
At the moment, only general subscriber’s phone accounts and the corporate phone accounts are available on the portal system. We will be offering our public telephone subscribers this facility shortly. As a pilot phase, the Bill Presentment & Payment is made available for Hyderabad and Secunderabad BSNL subscribers only.

View and Pay Bills online
The outstanding bills for the phone account(s) added, are made available to view and pay online. Please note that the bill can be paid through the portal only till the pay-by-date of the bill. The bill payment is possible through integration with Internet Banking system. Every payment transaction is tracked, stored and displayed by the portal system. On successful completion of payment of a bill in the Internet Banking System, the user is re-directed to view the ‘digital receipt’ for Bill paid.

Add Group Account
Here you can add a Phone Account here and take a printout of the form and send it for approval to the concerned Commercial Officer. Once approved, you will be able to request for any of the Services provided by the BSNL.
The registration and addition of Group account is an instantaneous and one-time process.

Apply For Services and Status Enquiry
Once the Commercial Officer approves the request, you will be able to apply for any of the available services. Customer can view the list of his/her service requests. A unique Portal Request ID will be provided to the customer to view the status of the service request.
CellOne Bill Payments

Add CellOne Account
After you successfully register, you can add a CellOne account for which outstanding bill needs to be viewed and paid. You can add multiple CellOne accounts to your login and also you will have an option of deleting them if the need be.
Subscribers who have taken new connections will not able to add their mobile accounts on the portal, unless the first bill is generated and updated on the portal.
The registration and addition of CellOne account is an instantaneous and one-time process. Once added, the portal will keep updating all the outstanding bills automatically. For the first time, the outstanding bills would be displayed within 24 hours of account addition. Later on, bills would start getting displayed as and when they are released. While adding a CellOne account, you have an option of requesting for electronic bill mailers (emailing of the new bill, as and when it is generated) and electronic bill payment alerts (reminder email to pay the bill, three days before the Pay-by-Date of the Bill)
