The Webcam Toy is an interesting online picture-taking tool for taking photos with webcam online. It is an online app which allows to add over 60 effects while taking pictures using webcam online. It is like Photo Booth provided by Apple, but with much more camera effects. User can take photos online through webcam with various effects or filters added to them.
