Idea Do Not Disturb / Call Registration (NDNC)

If you do not wish to be informed about offers and benefits through telephone calls/SMS from Idea, you can unsubscribe from such communications by calling a toll free number 1909 or SMS START DND to 1909.
All promotional calls and messages to your phone will stop within 45 days from registration. You will no longer receive promotional SMS or promotional calls.
You can as well make a call to the toll free number 1909 for registering to National DO Not Call registry. A conformational SMS would be sent to the customer after the successful registration/ unregistration or incase of any exception.
To de-register (stop the DND service), you may send an SMS “STOP DND” to 1909. A subscriber cannot unregister prior to 90 days of registration.
