All you need is a telephone and you can begin using the service straightaway. There is no need to download and install any software.

Register a free account by providing a valid email address and password. An activation link will be sent to your email address. Click on the link to activate your account. Once your account is activated, you will be sent another email with details about your Conference Dial-In Number, Conference ID and Conference Pin Number.


Create a Conference Call & Inform Participants

You can create a conference call and inform the participants from your online SabseBolo account by using the Online Conference Scheduler. Click on the My Conference Service -> My Scheduled ConferencesSchedule a new conference call. Your participants will receive the Conference call information along with your Conference ID and Conference PIN in their email accounts. You can have as many as 10 participants including yourself in a Conference call. The Conference Number issued to during registration is a permanent number and does not expire.

Start a Conference call

To start a Conference call, you and the participants should call one of the access numbers provided by SabseBolo, enter the conference ID number followed by a # sign and then enter the 4 digit pin number followed by a # sign. You will be connected to the other participants and you can start your conference call.


You can dial the local number form your city and participate in the call. The local numbers are 91 (0)22-3980-4444 in Mumbai, +91 (0)80-6722-4444 in Bangalore and +91 (0)11-6619-4444 in Delhi.

One can call the conference access numbers and participate in the conference from any part of the world. However, each caller will have to pay for the calls made since this is not a toll free number. The call charges will depend upon the location the caller is dialing from. The callers can contact their respective telephone companies for more details on the call charges.

Only normal Local, STD or ISD charges by each caller’s telecom carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from for the conferencing service.

Free, Paid and Business Accounts

SabseBolo offers three different accounts.

Free account: Absolutely free with a few basic features for conferencing.

Paid account: Free account + Have your own Private Access Number, your own greeting which your callers can hear before the start of the call, recording of conferences, administrator options etc. There will be no advertisements for the PAID account. Costs Rs. 2000 ($50) per month.

Business account: Paid account + Have multiple Conference IDs under one Private Access Number. It includes 5 conference ids. Costs Rs. 3000 ($75).

Fax to Email Service

SabseBolo also offers a Fax-to-Email service where you can receive all your faxes on your email in the PDF format. There is no need to download and install any software. The Fax service costs you Rs. 400 ($10) per month. There is no limit to the number of faxes you can receive with this service.
