Vodafone India had launched My Vodafone app for for all Vodafone India customers (Postpaid and Prepaid). It is available for both Android and iPhone. However, the app cannot does not support the business customers of Vodafone. Users need a valid login ID and password to use the app.
You can either log into the app using your existing Vodafone login ID and Password or you can create a new ID within the app using the register option. The postpaid customers of Vodafone can view their current bill details, charges, unbilled amount, credit limit etc through the app. Also they can pay bills with Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking, view/change bill preferences and can view their current voice plan details, data plan details & recent data usage.
[advt]Also the app allows both prepaid and postpaid users to activate / deactivate Value Added Services [VAS]. They can also track status of service requests / complaints that was made recently. Also both customers can view and subscribe to the latest offers from Vodafone, using this app.
The prepaid customers can check the main and bonus balance through the app. They can also recharge account with Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking and view recent recharges & deductions. The version 126.96.36.199 is compatible for Android Jelly bean 4.3. It has also a bug fix for iOS in the “My Bills” menu issues. Also the app has Forgot password and change password feature, added for iOS.
