Dhanlaxmi Bank Mobile Banking – Balance, Transfer, Alerts

Dhanlaxmi Bank has launched Mobile Banking services which allow customers to have an additional channel for banking. Through mobile banking, customers can easily check account balances, transfer funds and view transaction history. They can also request cheque book, track status, stop cheque request, receive account alerts and locate branch and ATMs, all through their mobile.

Dhanlaxmi Bank will soon incorporate other features such as booking online tickets, paying bills and accessing credit card details in future.

Powered by technology from Zylog Systems Limited, Dhanlaxmi Bank’s mobile banking application comes with enhanced security features with end-to-end encryption and secured communication. Customers will be provided a secured login on their registered mobile number using six digits MPIN (Mobile Banking PIN) along with customer ID. The enhanced security enabled service will provide customers wide range of convenient banking services.

Dhanalakshmi Bank already provides Mobile Banking SMS (Dhanam sms @ mobile) pull service provides customers the ability to obtain specific information pertaining to his account on his mobile phone number at his/her request for the services.

The eligibility for availing this service is that the account balance be Rs. 5000 and above and Rs. 10000 and above in Savings Accounts and Current Accounts respectively.

Alert messages will be forwarded to all transactions in excess and equal to Rs. 2000. NRI customers are eligible only for Mobile Banking alert Services since access to 56161 is not available for facilitating Mobile Banking SMS pull Services.

Mobile Banking Alert (Dhanam alert @ mobile) services provide a customer specific information pertaining to his account on his mobile phone number. Mobile Services will be available 24 x 7 x 365.

Eligible customers of the bank desirous of availing these two services should submit an application in the specified form, duly completed, at the respective branch of the Bank where the account is maintained. The customer, after registering for the facilities, shall be required to send a specified keyword using SMS to a specified number 56161 along with the desired access code which would describe a particular information request.
