BSNL announced promotional promotional tariff for its Postpaid and Prepaid 3G subscribers in all telecom circles for 90 days with effect from 1st June, 2010.
With this promotional offer, BSNL 3G Local and STD video calling is now just 30 paisa per minute. BSNL is the only pan-India 3G mobile service operator.
BSNL now has more than one Million 3G GSM Mobile and Data service subscribers, and offers 3G services in more than 434 cities across India.

BSNL launched 3G service in Goa for its prepaid and postpaid subscribers and will be available in the cities of Panaji, Mapusa, Margao, Vasco and Ponda. Existing BSNL 2G prepaid customers can avail a trial pack by recharging with a special tariff voucher (STV) of Rs 21 or by sending an SMS, ‘ACT3G’ to 53733 following which Rs 21 will be deducted from their balance and they will be migrated to 3G for a period of 30 days.
