Sony Ericsson teams up with EA Mobile, a division of Electronic Arts and the world’s leading mobile games publisher, to deliver games for its gaming smartphone – Xperia PLAY – with access to one of the most popular modern warfare action games of all time, Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
Taking full advantage of the smartphone’s outstanding graphic capabilities and game-changing control pad, Xperia PLAY brings realistic, fast-paced gameplay to the Android operating system for the first time. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is available to download for all Xperia PLAY customers in all markets outside the US.

Players will unleash devastation from the air with intuitive controls and capture emplacements in jungle heat, arctic snow and desert dust. Fourteen single-player missions across five intensely detailed battle zones plunge players deep into the action. An arsenal of up to 14 weapons ranging from a knife to rocket-propelled grenades will wreak havoc on enemy forces. Players will also pilot the action through multiple vehicle types, including tanks and helicopters.
