The HTC Tattoo smart phone has been introduced by Vodafone in India recently. Vodafone has announced a data plan for its HTC Tattoo customers with 20MB of free data transfer per month for first 3 months. Now the HTC Tattoo Android phone is available in India in its unlocked form.
