I have taken a Uninor Sim (9059045175) 7months back,but you guys stopped my outgoing calls now after 7 months even i sumitted all the documnets at time of sim activation. I called several times to uninor customer care but there is no proper response and you guys are asking to resumit the documents once again why i want to submit the documents if you guys misplaced the documnets??? earlier i was rechaged with RS 500, i was able to use only 200 and rest of the balance automatically become zero and rechaged 2 days back once again with Rs 500.Who is going to responsible for all of my amount?,Uninor supposed to take responsibility.
I felt your service is one of the worst service. I had discussion with your representatives names Giri and Sridhar but there is no prper response.If you are able to activate the sim immediately or other wise i will suit a case in Consumer court.

I taken Uninor prepaid sim card with Number (9122458333) and submitted all documents to the company person as on June 19, 2010. After three days of activation my sim was deactivated without any information.When I call Customer Care No., than they they have no idea about the solution of my problem. Beauty is that I have taken this SIM card directly at Distributors point and daily 4 to 6 times personally meet with Company Person and Distributor and no body able to solve the problem. I have also taken recharge of 198 plan for one month start from June 19, 2010 and today is July 09, 2010 after 10 days This money will be zero for me. Who is responsible for this? Can uninor have any responsible person to solve this issue? If I not enjoy the 198 plan than I definately go to consumer court complaint. Its not matter of Rs 198 its matter of urgency of consumers need.

Uninor’s service is the WASTE service I have ever faced.If we think about it in a negative way it is just as stealing money legally.
I have taken a new Uninor SIM, with some problem with the distributor the documents haven’t reached the office.So, they have first cancelled my outgoing then incoming without intimating to me, after 15 days of taking the sim, when i called the customer care he said that “we have got all your updates but we have not activated, Sorry”, he said he will be activating in an half an hour.After that 30 min my sim got totally rejected, it says “Sim card registration failed”. When I have reached the Customer outlet he says that ” you will be charged Rs.50 for new sim replacement.
So, totally I have lost my sim and my recharge voucher of Rs.200.The loss is Rs.250.So to continue with uninor again I have to pay Rs.250.
I suggest it is waste to continue with such service provided by the Uninor.

I got a call from uninor lucknow and Mr. Ahmed he was shouting at me..
I am not going to take this as a normal thing and i dont care of 149 Rs. which i have paid..
This is not the way to deal with the customers and now i am going to inform all the sites and consumercomplains regarding the same. If u cannot do the service simply why are u bothering the customers.. I had chat with barti and now in behalf her Ahmed is calling me and he saying if u want to take action u take…Whats happening..?You are hurting this and this will be taken seriously.
