		<description>I agree that Ubiquity is definitely targeted at geeks... on the other-hand I will not say mashups only work for geeks.  I think housingmaps.com is a perfect example of a mashup made for the masses.  Basically make it so people don&#039;t have to think about how to use it nor that any mashup is happening... just give me the information I want!  :)</description>

That&#039;s why it has been well-received by the navel-gazing blogosphere. I like it as a tool and as an idea, but we&#039;ll see over time if it catches on for everyday use.</description>
