S Tel launched two new tariff plans – 1 paisa per second and 50 paisa per minute respectively, both for STD and Local outgoing calls, and provides special benefit of 60 minutes of free local calls per month for a period of 3 months. S Tel has also announced 3 Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) of Rs. 9, Rs. 149 and Rs. 1499. On availing these, the consumer will gain 60 minutes of free outgoing local calls to any network per day for a day, month and year respectively.
S Tel launched mobile services in Himachal Pradesh, with twin tariff plans of one paise a second and 50 paise per minute. S Tel will be launched in Bihar and Orissa in the next ten days. S Tel also plans to add three more circles by the end of the first quarter next year. The company has licences for Himachal Pradesh, Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Assam circles.
