Recently I started getting a lot of such email spam messages in Gmail and Gmail for Google Apps, which are not caught by the spam filter of Gmail. The email seems very personal, friendly and genuine. So people tend to reply to that email and then possibly get caught in troubles. So, beware of email spammers!

Gmail Maximum File Attachment Size Increased to 25MB

Gmail has increased the maximum file attachment size that Gmail can send and receive to 25 megabytes (MB). Even though Google has increased the size limit, many other free email providers keep the bar low. So it is not advisable to send heavy attachments over 20MB to non-gmail accounts. Compose Gmail in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu

Google launched Indic Transliteration feature in Gmail compose window, which enables you to select Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Telugu. When you compose a new mail in Gmail, you will see an icon with an Indic character.
