Sancharnet Email Service to Send Low Cost SMS in India

Sancharnet offers low cost email SMS service at the cost of 30 paise per message. You don’t need any mobile phone. The Amount is charged directly to your Sancharnet account balance.
To send SMS through BSNL, follow the steps below.
- Visit http://webmail.sancharnet.in/, logon with your Sancharnet username and password.
- Enter mobilenumber@sms.sancharnet.in in the To: field to send SMS to the mobile number of your choice (Do not prefix ‘91′ or ‘0′ before the mobile number)
- Enter the message (the text under Subject will not be displayed in SMS) and click Send.
- You may Enter upto 10 mobile numbers separated by commas in To: field to send SMS to 10 recipients simultaneously.
Due to technical reasons it is not possible to send SMS from Sancharnet Email to any of the mobile numbers starting with 93* (Reliance Mobile) and all other CDMA numbers.
