FileASSASSIN is a software application that allows you to delete locked malware files on your system.It uses advanced techniques to unload modules, close remote handles, and terminate processes to remove the particular locked file. It is a standalone program and no install is needed. It doesn’t work with directories and doesn’t show processes involved.
Portable FileASSASSIN is a portable version of FileASSASSIN that only includes files required for the application to be run from a flash drive.
Working of FileASSASSIN:
- Simply download FileASSASSIN and unzip to a convenient location such as C:\FileASSASSIN
- Navigate to the folder you unzipped the files to and double click on the file named FileASSASSIN.exe [advt]
- Then select a file by dragging it onto the text area or select it using the (…) button
- Next, select a removal method from the list
- Finally, click delete and the removal process will commence
FileASSASSIN is compatible with most versions of the Windows operating system including Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7
