55454. Given below are some keywords that need to be used to avail these services. Since these are special SMS,
Rs.3.00 will apply for each SMS sent. Please check with your Mobile phone operator for more details. Also, please note that the SMS need to be sent from the same mobile number that is registered on your BIGFlix account. In case there are more than one BIGFlix accounts with the same mobile number, the services may not work properly.
- Send BIGFLIX to receive the URL from which BIGFLIX mobile application can be downloaded
- Send DELIVER to pick up disc from you and to deliver the next disc from your queue.
Return a disc and stop home delivery
- Send RETURN to pick up disc from you and stop home delivery until further notice.
- Send DELIVER to have the next disc from your queue delivered.
- Send PICK CASH to have the cash collected from your doorstep.
- Send RENEW to renew your subscription using your credit card over mobile using MCHEK.
- Send DAMAGE to have the disc picked up from you in the next cycle. Another copy of the same title will be delivered to you as soon as it is available.
- Send INFO CHECKOUT to know the titles which are currently checked out. You will receive the names on your phone.
- Send FLIX to have BIGFlix contact you to answer any queries you may have.
