Infosys’ Oracle Services Practice Rated High by Forrester Research
Forrester Research recognized that Infosys has “one of the world’s leading Oracle services practices.” In a 68-criteria evaluation of Oracle services providers, Infosys received extremely high client reference scores. Infosys clients gave it very high scores on project management, implementation expertise, training, change management and measuring business benefits.
Infosys, the global consulting and I.T. services company, is a Diamond level partner of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). According to the report, “Infosys was one of the first to achieve the exclusive Diamond Partner status and continues to be a leading partner for R&D and co-development for Oracle solutions”.
The report states that “Infosys continues to grow its strategy consulting”. It highlights expertise across banking and financial services, high technology, discrete manufacturing, and retail.
The report also notes that Infosys has focus on new engagement models (NEM) where pricing is directly tied to the client’s business/process outcomes. “NEM has also enabled Infosys to be more responsive to client’s business cycles and has also provided flexibility in internal staffing across locations and profiles– thereby streamlining the delivery process and capturing productivity.”
Infosys is one of only two providers that have achieved the highest level of membership, Diamond status, within Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). The Diamond distinction recognizes Infosys expertise of Oracle solutions and its ability to consult and deploy Oracle technologies for clients globally, including 20 specializations across Oracle’s product portfolio.
