Yahoo integrates Facebook Chat with its Yahoo Mail Service. You can now chat with your Facebook friends from within Yahoo Mail.
Facebook was already integrated in downloadable Yahoo Messenger client. Now you can chat with your Facebook friends in Yahoo! Mail too!
On the left side of your Yahoo Mail beta, you will see “Facebook Friends” under “Online Contacts”. If you click on the thunderbolt, you will be prompted to authenticate on Facebook Connect (if you haven’t already). Once you have authenticated, your online Facebook friends will appear below “Online Contacts” and you can chat freely.
In order to take advantage of this new feature, you have to import your Facebook contacts.
