Bharti Airtel launched it’s Direct To Home (DTH) Satellite TV Airtel Digital TV. Airtel digital TV service will be available to customers through 21,000 retail points including Airtel Relationship Centres in 62 cities.
Airtel digital TV uses the latest MPEG4 standard with DVB S2 technology. This latest technology enables delivery of more complex interactive content and is High Definition ready.

My Id 300 123 67 40 for installation of dish tv of your company at my residence Kadapa 7/210/1A NGO colony Kadapa 516002 I have made personal visit to your dealer is not aware of this. Please let me know your dealer at kadapa yur schedule as received by me will be installed within 72 hours but despite lapse more than 72hours no action has been taken please intiate early action for installlation of Dish Tv at my address (Basic silver package)

Dont Buy…….Pl do not buy Airtel Digital tv…..they will suck your blood
I purchased the above set with normal hindi pack which they said 99/- or 110/- per month for the pack. Starting 3 months subscription were in the pack charge of Rs.1750/-. After 3 months, I recharged with Rs.200/- and surprised to find out that I am on dues of Rs. 11/- after one month. As per the dealer, normal hindi pack costs Rs. 110/- and I requested for english movie pack which costs additional Rs.35/-. total amount stands Rs. 145/- but I recharged with Rs. 200/- and there should be a balance of Rs. 55/- but I was surprised to know that I am running with dues. I asked the customer care services and they could not satisfied me with their reply. they say they deduct every day Rs. 6-7/- ……why they dont have proper reply. Neither the dealer not the customer care explaining clearly their tarrif. I have not recharged further and asked the cable operator to re-start the service with immediate effect…..Such is a reputed company making fools and exploiting the customers. Any reader, if u know the TRY’s address ….please provide me so that I may lodge a formal complain against such crime.

Airtel is fooling around – Why am I saying it. I have taken a South Value package that is worth Rs.2000 free for the entire one year and that includes the installation. Two months down my account is not active. Reason, I have not paid for the wiring. Am i supposed to get a dream about it? well guys beware this is day light robbery by Airtel. The engineer does not tell you at the time of installation that the extra wire would be chargable. They are cheating to make money at all costs. REMEMBER – be sure to ask the cable size required for the connection. The engineer who comes will surely not let you know the limit of the cable size and you will stay huffing and puffing later fighting you case with the thoughtless Customer Support people.
